"I didn't receive the item ordered, nor did I hear from the supplier in question. This is the second time this has occurred. Previously,I ordered a Smith & Hawken product in July, 2005, & heard nothing from anyone & rec'd nothing."

"Reading is now possible. It supports my book and laptop in all positions. I use it when I'm sitting at my desk,in a recliner or in bed. It does not need a hard surface to rest on. My friend uses it when cross-stitching without neck or eye strain."
