"I went to Dicks Sporting Goods in Cincinnati Ohio. It was teh Western Hills location located at Glenway Crossing. The minute I walked in the staff was friendly, helpful, and went above an beyond what I expect from a store. I HATE SHOPPING and they made it easy. Nice job to Eric, Jacob, Jessica, Alex, and Jerry. You all did a great job and the next time the area General Manager wants to complain about something tell him to call me. You were great and Dicks is lucky to have you all." |
