"Received item rather quickly considering Christmas & New Year. Unfortunately, the actual washer/dryer "bucket" hardly spins (gets stuck), and my 3 & 5 yr old get tired turning the knob so many times just to see the washer/dryer spin once."

"Shipping address was different than the credit card billing address. Shipping address was correct but the company still sent the item to the address to where the credit card was billed. I followed up with the company and hopefully it will be resolved."
