"Worst customer service ever. Tried for Christmas last year. They sent it to what I presume was the address for someone else who ordered as there was no similarity between mine and where it was sent, then refused to send a new one unless I paid for both. Instead routed it all over half the country - at the cheapest, slowest rate possible. Refused to expedite to correct address. Refused to give me any kind of discount or refund on shipping. After 2 weeks still hadn't gotten it so cancelled the order. Lied about the whole thing saying fedex had put an incorrect label over their correct one. What, the people at fedex have nothing better to do than slap random labels over top of other labels??? With the same tracking number but a different address??? No apology at all, just a continuous blaming of fedex the multiple times I had to contact them." |
