Returns Policy
All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. It is recommended all returns be sent back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx where a tracking number is issued. You may return most unopened items purchased at 1 800 Pools, LLC within 30 days of the original delivery.
Damaged and Defective Products:
Occasionally products do not function the way they are meant to. If an item you ordered is not operating properly, or is damaged, please let us know immediately. You are NOT responsible for the return shipping costs of a damaged or defective product. Follow the directions below to request an RMA number and provide any serial numbers on your product. Digital pictures are an effective tool for us to quickly resolve any damaged or defective claims. Please email all pictures to customerservice@1800pools.com.
Refunds and Credits:
Refunds are issued within 2-3 weeks of receiving the returned item(s) back to one of our warehouses. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
The following items may not be returned:
All special-order products are NOT returnable for any reason. All swimming pool liners are not returnable. All electrical parts are not returnable. All books are not returnable.

Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. All refused shipments are subject to a charge for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
