Returmed items should be in original condition. Wrap the return securely in a sturdy box using strong packaging tape. If possible, use the original shipping carton and include your invoice copy. Be sure to use sufficient postage. Retain your postal and insurance receipts. Normal time to process is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.

Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in transit.
