If you decide you want to exchange part of your order for a different size, color or item or you decide to return part of your order for a refund, please follow the return instructions on the back of your original packing slip. For your convenience, we have included on the packing slip a preprinted, pre-paid USPS Return Label for your use. Repackage the merchandise carefully with your return slip and return it to us through any USPS location, collections box or postal carrier. No payment is necessary. The return cost, calculated by the USPS, will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. Woolrich is not responsible for lost shipments through the USPS. Please allow three to four weeks for your credit or refund to arrive.
If you do not have your original packing slip, simply include a note with your name, address, phone number and items you are returning. Return the merchandise to:
