RETURN POLICY

Damages/Claims:
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to Sought After® within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by our warehouse directly with the freight carrier.
Plasma TVs must be opened & inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill.
To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned. For assistance, please contact us. Return Policy:
Plasma TVs are not eligible for return. Please ask any questions before ordering.

Movies, Software and Video Games
All Sales are Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days.
2. If the product is defective and will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Once the product is opened returns are not accepted.

Personalized Childrens Books

It's very difficult to provide a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed on personalized items. The items are not resalable. Every product sold comes with a 100% guarantee. If during the initial inspection, you find any defects, return the product in unused condition in the original carton for exchange or credit within 30 days of delivery.

Each book is individually hand made and mistakes happen. If there is an error in your book due to our mistake, we will gladly fix or replace the book and return it at no cost to you. We will NOT ship replacement books express mail at our expense. Errors must be reported within 30 days.

We are NOT responsible for errors due to incorrect information that is supplied to us. However, the book can be replaced for a charge of $5.95 plus shipping and handling.

You must contact us to obtain a RMA Number before returning a product.

Customer is responsible for both the originating shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
