A full refund will be given for any defective products returned within 30 days of shipment. Upon inspection of the item, if the item is found defective, shipping costs will also be refunded. Items that are return without defects will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. These items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
