Damaged In Shipment:
Hold merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier (UPS or Post Office) to arrange for an inspection and notify our Customer Service at 1-800-227-2235.
Incorrect Orders:
We apologize, if we sent you incorrect merchandise. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us. You will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Returns
Should anything you purchase from Carabella fail to meet your expectations, please send your package to us via insured/prepaid US mail or UPS within 30 days of the date you received your merchandise. Please include invoice.
Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. Any order returned after 30 days of received date will be issued a merchandise credit. Shipping/Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
