Return Policy: You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by ShopTronics within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. A restocking fee will not apply if authorization is obtained. To setup a return for refund call us at 1.888.321.1110 (please have your order number ready) between Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. After 30 days returns will not be accepted. Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us by UPS and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.
