Return Policy If you want to return a product, please read the Return Policy carefully. Returns must meet all applicable criteria. You may not return products that do not meet all applicable criteria.
1) All return merchandises will be subject to 25% handling and restocking fee.
2) No returns will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3) You have 30 days from the date of invoice to request an RMA.
4) All return merchandises must include original, intact packaging (i.e. manufacturer's box, packing materials, Styrofoam, plastic bags, manufacturer documents, manuals, product literature, etc.). Products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to return my order?
Please email or call us if you would like to start a return. The email address and phone number are in your order confirmation email. When contacting us, please provide the following information, Shop.com order number, your name, and item number. We will give you an RMA number and a specific instruction to return your order.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please contact us immediately. No claims due to shipping damages, missing parts will be allowed unless reported within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Defective product returns:
All defective returns are subject to more restrictive manufacturer policies. You may be required to provide photographs and description of defect.
Installed or used products:
We will not take any return on an item that has been installed or used unless defective. If you return a used or installed item, your RMA will be denied. If you wish to have the product shipped back to you, you must issue a call tag. Kingston Brass is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit while being returned.
Cross Shipping:
We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process. |
