If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Footwear returns will be accepted on unworn shoes returned in the original shoebox (without postal labels). Handbag returns must have the Bluefly security tag attached. Handbags received without a Bluefly security tag will be sent back to the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the fine jewelry item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for a full refund. To return fine jewelry, you must obtain a return authorization number by contacting Customer Service at 212.944.8000 or emailing customercare@bluefly.com. All returns must be insured and sent 'signature due upon receipt' to the following address:

Our refund policy
For your convenience, we include a pre-paid merchandise return label in all packages shipped within the continental United States.

Complimentary Return Shipping: We offer complimentary return shipping if you use our pre-paid return label and opt to return your merchandise for Bluefly store credit.

Low Return Shipping Fees: If you use our pre-paid return label and request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee in the amount of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Use your Own Shipping Method: Of course you may use the shipping method of your choice at your own expense (we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping method). In this case, no return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
