Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 60 days of the date it was shipped for a refund or exchange.
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Find the pre-authorized return form on the back of your order document included in your shipment.
2. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and apply the label from the reverse side.
3. Complete the form entirely and enclose in package. If you no longer have the return form that came with your order, you can print a form now.
4. Ship prepaid via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS. Please retain your tracking number.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
