Return Policy How To Return You Order. To return your purchase, please follow the following instructions. 1. Each order comes with a Packing Slip. Prior to returning any jewelry item(s), you must call JewelryCastle Customer Service at 1-866-567-4022 to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). When speaking with a JewelryCastle Customer Service representative, please tell us the reason why you are returning any ordered item(s). The Return Authorization Number (RAN) you receive from JewelryCastle's Customer Service Representative must be written on the Packing Slip that you receive along with your shipment. Pack your the jewelry item(s) carefully in the UPS or FedEx box, along with the jewelry case or box that came with the item(s) and enclose the Packing Slip with the Return Authorization Number written on the form, with your return. When returning jewelry items you are required to have a Return Authorization Number. 2. We recommend that you use the UPS or FedEx when shipping your return items back to us. Ship the package back to us by dropping your package at your local FedEx or UPS office. You are required to pay for the return shipping cost. For your security, you are required to return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, or UPS). Make sure to keep your shipping receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit. JewelrtCastle.com is NOT responsible for any package damaged or lost in transit. 3. We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.
