We will be happy to exchange a purchase, credit your ShopNBC account, or refund your money within 30 days of the invoice date for most merchandise. Some specially-marked items may have a shorter return policy.
All returned items must be in original condition. Please be sure to include all parts and paperwork. ShopNBC will not issue credit for items that have been altered or damaged.
Some products may have specific return requirements. In addition, some return requirements are common to all returns of certain merchandise:
Watches — please review our return requirements for watches. Electronic media (including DVDs, CDs, computer software and VHS tapes) — In order to receive credit for a return of they must be unopened. If defective, you may exchange these items for the same title.
Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Mylar Tags on Jewelry and Watches Please note that much of our jewelry and watches have a tag attached stating, "If removed, this item is not returnable" or "Item not returnable if tag removed." These tags, called, "Mylar tags" or "security tags," are placed so you are able to try on merchandise with the tag still attached.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item and would like to return it, you have a 30-day guarantee as long as the item's Mylar tag is still attached. Removal of the Mylar Tag means that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. ShopNBC will not issue credit for an item that is returned without the original Mylar tag attached.
Auctions Returns
All sales are final. ShopNBC Auctions offer limited quantity items and one-of-a-kind merchandise at substantial savings to you. In order to pass these deals on to you, we are unable to accept returns unless an item is defective. When bidding on an item, be aware that you are committing to the purchase of that item. This assures every bidder will have a fair chance to win.
