We are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewelry from JewelryNest.com, but if you decide for any reason that it is not right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive it for a no-hassle refund or replacement (shipping charges are not refundable ). Correctly personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Returns are only available for items billed and shipped to the same address. There is a 15% restocking fee for all jewelry and for all returns.
Please note: All Returns require insurance and adult signature upon receipt. Without insurance and adult signature upon receipt, packages will be returned to the customer and JewelryNest will not be liable for any lost packages or damage.
If you are not pleased with your order and you would like to exchange it, return it within 5 days with the original invoice and packing. An account will be set up with the value of the original item.
First, you must call 1-516-569-9267 to receive your Return Authorization Code. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code as well will not be accepted. Any items received by us after 30 days will be returned back to the sender. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. JewelryNest customizes our jewelry. If you'd like to create a custom piece of jewelry, please contact us using the contact us or at 1-516-569-9267. All of the rings that JewelryNest sells can have your custom inscription put on them. Please note that any items with a customer inscription can not be returned for a refund.
Gift items shipped to a different location than the billing address can not be returned, they can only be exchanged with in 30 days of purchase.
Once we receive your return item (within 30 days of the delivered date and received back date) and verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase excluding shipping and handling charges.
JewelryNest will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of JewelryNest's error.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please call your credit card issuer to verify credit posting. If you still do not see the credit, please call us at 1-516-569-9267. Items received as a gift will be reimbursed by check issued within 30 days.
