1. Email us (sales@dreamlandjewelry.com) to request a return authorization number. Indicate in your email the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s) for the merchandise you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

2. Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization. Please be sure to send back the merchandise right away, as each return authorization expires after 10 days and a new one will not be re-issued.

3. Shipping and handling for exchanges is FREE!! we do not charge you to send replacements. Unlike some of our competitors we understand that people change there minds and we won't nickel and dime you because of it. We will send the replacement item(s) you requested within 4 business days after receiving the returned merchandise.
