60 DAY RETURN POLICY
CONDITION - We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know within 60 days of receipt, and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original purchase price.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable; item sold with "Free Shipping" when returned are subject to a minimum shipping charge assessment of $7.95.
PROCEDURE - All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.
