The Platform System & Loft provides your cat with the perfect perch to relax on. In addition to the 16-inch high platform with two decks (front deck 21"W x 8"D, rear deck 21"W x 4 ½"D), your cat will enjoy an additional loft deck, which measures 21"W x 31"D. This will give your feline friend plenty of room to enjoy along with a favorite new vantage point. Both the platform and loft come completely assembled. Simply insert legs into platform, insert screws, set in the small cedar cat house and attach the loft on top (40" above ground).

Optional Insulation: Thermal-Ply Radiant Barrier: Thermal-Ply blocks radiant energy in both summer and winter conditions. It blocks as much as 93% of radiation (summer heat gain) and 50% to 70% of winter heat loss through the ceiling and roof. The floor, ceiling and side walls are all insulated. To ensure long term duarbility from chewing and clawing, the sidewall insulation is protected by a lightweight mahogany plywood liner.
