Damaged Prints
We hope you will be 100 % satisfied with any art that you order. In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please contact us within twenty four hours or one buisness day by telephone (800-398-4335), fax (415-883-8817 ), or email (staff@artexpression.com ). Please do not send it back to the Return Center without contacting us first. All returned items must be in perfect condition. The shippers at the Return Center tend to assume that you are attempting to return a print that you damaged unless we inform them otherwise. It is our desire that credit be given when it is due.
