Return Policy We hope you will be 100 % satisfied with any art that you order. We offer a guarantee on the condition of all art. Monies on anything that arrives in less than perfect condition will be refunded. Please notify us within 10 days if you wish to return your item(s). If you have any questions about your order, please send an email with your question. Please note that we will provide store credit only on all custom items. This includes canvas transfers and framed artwork. All items returned must be perfect resaleable condition.
Damaged Prints
We hope you will be 100 % satisfied with any art that you order. In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please contact us within twenty four hours or one buisness day by telephone (800-398-4335), fax (415-883-8817

). Please do not send it back to the Return Center without contacting us first. All returned items must be in perfect condition. The shippers at the Return Center tend to assume that you are attempting to return a print that you damaged unless we inform them otherwise. It is our desire that credit be given when it is due.
