We do not want to sell you something that will not work for you. Please inspect all items when you receive them. All warranty periods begin on the date of receipt. Please CAREFULLY inspect items prior to installation. This includes prior to delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install. Research installation procedures. Improper installation by the customer or any third party voids any and all warranties. Basic Return Policy: Items sold by 1A Auto come with a 60 Day Satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product PLEASE call or email to arrange a return. Excludes custom made items such as, but not limited to, extreme color carpets. Warranty period begins from receipt date. A 15% restock fee may apply. Applies to the price of the part only. Many of our items come with manufacturers warrantees that extend beyond our own 60 day warranty. These manufacturer's warrantees are described in the item description. ALL WARRANTIES whether sponsored by 1A Auto, or our suppliers, are limited to the price of the part ONLY. Incorrect Item Received: If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call toll free 888-844-3393 or 978-433-3393. If we are responsible for the error a call tag will be issued and the correct item will be sent at no charge. If a custom made item is picked up, and determined to be the correct item, originally ordered, it will be returned to the customer and a minimum $50 charge will apply. We must be notified of an incorrect item received within 10 business days from date of receipt. No longer want or need an item: If you should decide that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition you may return it to us within 60 days of the original purchase date (excludes custom made items). Please call us first to arrange the return. Upon receipt we will credit your account or send a refund check. A 15% re-stock fee will apply. Damage from shipping or non-receipt of a shipment: We must be notified of issue within 10 business days from date of receipt. If a Damage should occur during shipping please: KEEP THE BOX AND MERCHANDISE. Call us toll free 888-844-3393. We will file a claim with the carrier and upon settling that claim we will ship another item. Shipping Damages are very frustrating to both you and us. Please understand that in these cases we are trying to do the best we can and usually it is the carrier that slows up the process. Custom Color or custom made items are non-returnable. This applies to items such as interior carpet, headliners, convertible tops etc. that we make especially for your application. A credit card number and complete car information is required for a Custom Order. Example, if we have a carpet made up for you in Purple (unless purple is an actual factory color) we will not take that carpet back. If you are thinking of ordering a custom made item please take the time to request samples and make sure you order the color you want.
