Due to varying state alcohol laws, we can only ship gifts containing alcohol to the following states:
California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, West Virginia,Illinois, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Wyoming.

Food Items:
Sometimes substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice. We will make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Also, substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.
Wine, Beer & Champagne:
Gifts containing wine, beer or champagne may only be sold to persons who are 21 years or older and may only be delivered to persons who are 21 years and older.
We can ship gifts containing alcohol to the following states:
California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Illinois, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Washington DC, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Wyoming. If you choose to ship the gift to another state, we will automatically substitute sparkling cider and cookies for wine/champagne. Root beer and nuts will be substituted for beer.
Flowers:
AKA Gourmet uses regional florists to expedite your delivery. On occasion, substitutions may be made depending on location, seasonal availability, and/or weather. We will make every attempt to maintain the original size and shape of your chosen arrangement. Colors will also be used to best match your specified choice, even if it means substituting other varieties of flowers of equal value. No variety substitutions will be made in one-of-a kind arrangements (eg. Roses)
