ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE PLACED
Once an order is placed we are not able to stop it. On the Order Summary Page, there is a button that says "PLACE ORDER."

Due to the automated processes that we use, once you place your order, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.

We had to adopt this policy because we are using automated processes that are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our system immediately looks at your order to determine where you live and where the merchandise is located. Within moments, it prints your order in the warehouse closest to you that has the merchandise to fill your order. One of our many order fulfillment specialist take your order and begin processing it on a first come first serve basis.
At that moment, catching your order to change or stop it becomes a very difficult task. Admittedly, we have sacrificed some of our ability to stop an order in return for increased efficiency in delivery. Therefore, we have posted the notice on our site to ask one last time if you are sure - prior to the order being placed. If upon receiving the order, you would like to return it.
