We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.
Return merchandise within 45 days of original purchase date.
Certain items are not eligible for store returns and therefore must be returned using our easy mail return process. These items are indicated as "Return by Mail Only" on the product page and have a return type of "Mail Only" in your shopping bag and on your invoice.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Returns by mail - $6.00
Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid UPS shipping label you can create by clicking here, and we'll simply deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund for return postage. If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, the $6.00 fee will not be charged. When using another shipping method, please be sure to send to the following address:

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:
Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records.
Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice.

Affix your UPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.

If you are returning merchandise to a store that was purchased and exchanged online and you have your online exchange invoice/receipt, we will issue you a gift card for the amount of your purchase. If you would like to receive a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase, you must return the merchandise to us by mail. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.
You can return your eligible online purchase to any Old Navy store in the U.S. within 90 days of purchase date. Online purchases marked "Return by Mail Only" may not be returned to any Old Navy store. Please make sure to bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase (or gift receipt). Valid identification is required to process all returns and exchanges. Return your merchandise within ninety (90) days from your purchase date and you'll receive a merchandise exchange or a full refund in the original form of payment.
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.
Returns without an invoice will receive a merchandise certificate by mail for current selling price. Valid I.D. is required.
All store returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase.
