Shipping
ShopTronics.com uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders for products placed before 12:00pm (EST) will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS ground services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release. UPS Standard routinely delivered within 4-7 business days. All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. ShopTronics.com does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO. Overseas addresses please see the "International Orders" section. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. We can not guarantee UPS delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes. Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud the billing & shipping address on your order form must exactly match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed.
