Delivery:
Items are shipped from stock, assuring fast delivery to you. We use Federal Express whenever possible. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive a back order notice via e-mail. The balance of your order will be shipped promptly.
Standard Shipping:
Place your order by 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and your order shipped in the continental US (in-stock items only) will be delivered with 3-7 business days (contingent upon credit approval). Sorry, Standard Ground delivery is not available to AK, HI, and PR. See express delivery for rates. Please note: We do not ship internationally. U.S. orders only.
Warranty Information:
Edmund Scientific brand microscopes, telescopes, binoculars and magnifiers have a five year limited warranty. For other products, an additional manufacturer's warranty or MSDS sheets are available. Contact our Customer Service Department.
Damaged Products:
Should your package arrive damaged, please contact the shipper in your area immediately. They will pick it up from you and return at no expense to you. Please retain original shipping carton for inspection by the shipper.
Exchanges & Returns:
Every product is backed by our 30-Day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of your order's receipt to return or exchange an item.
This is Edmund Scientific's only warranty and Edmund Scientific disclaims all other warranties or guaranties with respect to any products purchased from Edmund Scientific, including, without limitation, statutory, written, oral, express or implied, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Edmund Scientific be liable or responsible for any exmplary, punitive, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind; or for any products which are abused, altered, or misused by the customer or any other persons or entities or which become defective or non-conforming through the actions or inactions of the customer or any other persons or entities. Edmund Scientific's sole liability and customer's sole remedy for any claim relating to any products purchased from Edmund Scientific shall be limited to the price paid for such product(s).
