We normally ship within one to two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order. Frequently, it is shipped on the same business day if we receive your order by 10AM PST.
Orders are typically shipped via UPS, but occasionally we may ship via US Postal Service.
Heavy/Bulky Restrictions: While the vast majority of our orders are fulfilled within the shipping price structure quoted here, we must specifically exclude the occassional heavy and bulky shipments (actual shipping cost exceeds shipping paid by the customer plus 5% of the product subtotal). In the event of a heavy or bulky shipment, we will contact you via EMail or phone with a shipping cost quotation before releasing your order to the freight carrier.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service.
Orders specifying Next Day Shipping will be sent using overnight delivery service (one business day after we ship the order) and will be delivered by 5PM local time.
