Small parcel orders arrive in about 1-10 Business Days after your order is processed. Most orders arrive via Ground delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and usually take up to a week in transit. Other items require a longer time (2-4 weeks). Truck Freight Threshold delivers the product to the threshold of your building (not inside). Truck Freight Back of Truck requires you to take the product from the back of the truck into your building (you may need to lift it off of the back of the truck). White Glove Service mean the product will be carried into your home and put together (White Glove Platinum only). Customers will receive an order confirmation e-mail after purchase, estimating shipping and delivery dates. You should receive a phone call for any truck freight or white glove deliveries.
