If the watch you ordered has a metal bracelet, you will most probably need to remove some links in order to properly and comfortable fit your wrist. As this should only be done with the wearer present, we will ship all watches unsized.
We suggest you take your watch to a reputable watch-dealer for this sizing. Many jewelers provide the service for free as it only takes 4 minutes when using the correct tools. If payment is expected, a nominal fee (around $5) for this service. Do not attempt to size your own watch as you may damage or scratch the watch and/or bracelet. This liability is yours, and we cannot accept any scratched or damaged watches as a return.
