Return Policy East Coast Photo will refund you in full if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us, provided the following conditions are met.. - You must call us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain an RMA number.
- The merchandise is in the same condition as sold.
- All original manufacturer's packaging, with all literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards is included.
- We must recieve the merchandise within 14 days of return authorization.
Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method (UPS/Fedex, or USPS with a tracking number). East Coast Photo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If the above conditions are not met, East Coast Photo reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
