How to Return an Item:
1. Fill out the appropriate return information on the back of the original Invoice you received in your shipment. If you lost your Invoice, click here to print a Return Form.
2. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. We will NOT accept return shipments in an envelope.
3. Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Peel the return mailing label off of the original Invoice and attach it to your package or mail your package to:

4. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for processing after we have received your return.
5. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.
Google Checkout Orders: Unfortunately, Google's system does not give us the ability to create replacements for orders that were placed through Google Checkout. We can only issue refunds for returns or lost packages.
Return Policy:
• Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
• You must fill out the Return Form (on the back of your Invoice) in its entirety and include it with your Return. If you lost your Invoice, click here to print a Return Form.
• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
• Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
• ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
• We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
• Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
• All sales of used products are final. No returns or refunds.
• International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
• Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
• If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
