Return Policy When you shop at Polsteins Home & Beyond by Polsteins, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we try to make this process as easy as possible!
Please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You can do so by Clicking Here to fill out our online form.
Basic Policy:
Within 30 days of receiving a shipment from Polsteins Home & Beyond*, you may return any un-opened/un-used products for a full refund less shipping and handling.
A copy of the original packing slip and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returns.
A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.
Return Instructions:
Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated box.
Pack and tape your package securely.
Follow the instructions in your RMA email to ship the package back to us.
Snowblowers and Power Tools
All snowblowers and power tools carry manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer regarding service and repairs.
Damaged Items and Missing Items
Please report damaged or missing items within 2 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-877-880-8877.
Items That Use Hazardous Materials
Used items that require flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned because they create a safety hazard. For example, if you filled your lawn mower with gasoline, it cannot be returned via UPS/FedEx or mail even if you drain the tank prior to shipping.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
Special Order Merchandise
Custom made products cannot be returned.
