Return Policy Returns and Exchanges
It is our pleasure to accept your undamaged return within 30 days of date the product is received.
We make returns Free and Easy!
Returns are Free:
We offer free return shipping on all non-freight items and items/orders under $500. Returned items/orders over $500 will incure a 10% restocking fee. Free Return Shipping includes all items that are shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Limit two returns per customer per calendar year. **SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE- Please be respectful of this policy so we can continue to offer it to all of our customers. It is not set up so that people can order multiple items or items in different finishes and then send back the ones they do not want. If you need any additional information about a product or an additional picture to better help you make a decision we will be more than happy to provide it to you .**
Returns are Easy:
When you have a return we will issue a call tag from our preferred carrier and have them pick it up right from you. You will not have to take your time to take it to the shipper. The shipping carrier will even bring the address label with them. You will just need to make sure that the item is packaged properly and safely for shipping. All items must be returned in the original packaging they were received in.
We can offer this extraordinary return policy simply put, "we do not sell junk".

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days from delivery date. It is important that this deadline is met in order for us to file a claim with the carrier that caused the damage. You will need to save all packaging materials.
