Returns must be 100% INTACT, in original packaging with the UPC or bar code CLEARLY VISIBLE. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /OR accessories must also be included. Please be advised all merchandise returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, will not be eligible for postage of full credit to that account. All returns require that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued by our Customer Service Department via our Customer Service Center.
