Return Policy RETURN/EXCHANGE:
There will be 30% restokcing fee but no less than $5.00. Shipping and handling for both ways (to you and from you) will be paid by customers.
**Please be aware that refused packages will be charged 40% restocking fee but no less than $6.00 along with the carrier charges for both ways.
Due to the fact that we are trying to bring to you the lowest prices on the net, shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped you the wrong item. If you got a defective unit, we will replace it, if we will be unable to do so, you will get 100% refund for the entire order.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only. Please return the unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Items not returable:
We are sorry, but, unless they have a manufacturer defect, we do not accept returns for Sexual Well-Being items, perishable items, body patches, bulbs and batteries. |
