Exchange & Return Policy: Every KooKoo Bear Kids product is specially selected for its exceptional style and quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After 30 days, merchandise may be returned for exchange or for a KooKoo Bear Kids Credit towards a future order. On Sale Items are while supplies last and are non-refundable and non-returnable. All merchandise being returned must be in it's original condition and original packaging. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment less the shipping and handling fees. Gifts may be returned for merchandise credit or exchanged for other merchandise of equal value only. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of all returns and exchanges.
Custom, Personalized and Special Orders: Many of our products, such as furniture, linens, wall art, monogrammed and personalized items, are custom made to order at the time of purchase. Any cancellations of orders cannot be accommodated. Please remember custom, personalized, and special orders are paid in advance and will take longer than usual to fulfill, therefore are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Call the KooKoo Bear Kids customer service Department at 1-800-475-6909 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
2. Prepare a return shipping label for your Exchange/Return and make sure to clearly display your name and address and the RMA number obtained in step 1.
3. Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package.
4. Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post at the address below.
