Cat Water Fountain Filters Cats have to drink plenty of water to avoid urinary tract disease. Make sure they want to drink more by providing cleaner and fresher-tasting water! Unlike the stagnant water that sits in a typical water bowl, this unique pet water "fountain" continually circulates, filters and aerates the water...so it's always fresh-tasting! Water is pumped through a carbon filter to remove impurities and absorb odor-causing particles. It then flows out the spout onto a ramp to reduce noise and splash, and allow oxygen into the water (those familiar bubbles). Adjustable flow rate. ABS plastic. 6-cup capacity; additional 6-cup capacity is available when you add the optional refill tank (as shown in picture). 10-½"x9"x7" tall. UL listed.
