Each is a heavy countertop container in which you collect kitchen scraps for eventual recycling into fertilizer-rich compost. (Better than choking the disposer with vegetable peelings!) No need to run out to the backyard composter after every meal...just lift the lid and drop-in all those veggie scraps, egg shells, coffee grounds. Filtered lid keeps it all neat, tidy and odorless. When it's full, dump it out into your main composter. Available in 10-1/2"-tall ceramic, or 11"-tall stainless steel.
