70 CFM Deluxe Combination Fan/Heater/Fluorescent Light/Night Light

Exhaust fans provide ventilation, helping to clear the room of steam and odors. Properly ventilating a bathroom helps deter the growth of mold and mildew by ventilating excess humidity from the room.  This deluxe combination heater will instantly make your home a more comfortable place to live.  Features a 1500 watt heating element, exhaust fan, and a moonstone glass light lens with an energy efficient 26 watt high efficacy compact fluorescent 4 pin quad tube lamp and 7 watt maximum night light (bulbs not included). Moonstone glass light lens diffuses light throughout the room and will not yellow and become brittle over time like most plastic lens.

Specifications:

• Grill: White, round polymeric grill (flame retardant ABS UL rated 94-5V) secured in place using 2 Philip's head screws, easily removed if necessary, dimensions - 17 1/8" x 9 7/8".
• Light Lens: Moonstone glass lens, secured in a flip down lens holder. Secured in place using integral tabs.
• Heater Blower Wheel: One piece metal, electronically balanced, 3 5/8" x 2" with 28 fins
• Ventilation Blower Wheel: One piece polymeric, electronically balanced 3 7/8" x 21/2" with 21 fins.
• Heater Motor: Heavy duty, plug-in 2 pole motor. Life time lubrication, thermally protected. Rated 120 volts, 60 hz., 0.90 amps, 2400 rpm.
• Ventilation Motor: Heavy duty, plug-in 2 pole motor. Life time lubrication, thermally protected.
• Rated 120 volts, 60 hz., 0.90 amps
• Heater Housing: 23 ga. galvanized steel housing, dimensions 14 5/8" x 9 1/8" x 7 1/8"
• Heating Element: Wire coil, secured in place by ceramic “J” shaped hooks and terminated by bolt and nut in cylindrical standoffs. Housed in an all metal enclosure. Rated 1500 watts - 5120 BTU.
• Duct Collar: Metal collar for 4" duct connection, comes complete with built in metallic back draft damper.
• Main Lighting: Electronic Quick Start Ballast – rated 26 Watt Use Triple 4 pin PL lamp. Maximum 26 Watt. High Efficacy electronic ballast meets California lighting efficiency requirements.
• Night Lighting: 7 watt maximum, type C7, Candelabra base bulb
• Unit Mounting: Rated Type IC for ceilings insulated to R-40. Designed to mount in ceilings with at least 6" of clearance. The unit will mount between joists (with 16" centers) or butted up against a joist. The housing will mount through drywall thickness up to 3/4", with a rough-in opening of 14 13/16" x 9 1/4".
• Ventilating Area: For bathrooms up to 70 sq. ft. for other rooms up to 85 sq. ft.
