Vacu Vin Vacuum Instant Marinater. Enjoy the great taste of marinated food without having to spend all your time preparting it. Member tested and recommended by 'The Cooking Club of America', the Instant Martinater is also used by America's top cooking schools as the quickest and best way of preparing flavorful, tender and juicy food quickly. Tenderize all types of meat and vegetables in just 5 minutes! One minute in the instant marinater is equivalent to one hour in a regular dish. Simply add your marinade to the food in the dish and then pump out the air to create a vacuum. The vacuum opens up the pores and fibers of the meat, allowing for a full marination in just minutes. It also tenderizes the meat and keeps it juicy. The vacuum dish can also be used to vacuum store foods in the refrigerator. Product is dishwasher safe. Unit comes with a 2.5 Qt container and pump. Includes a Free 48 page recipe booklet.
