Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.

Delivery Policy:

In order to ensure optimal freshness of our products, we strongly suggest you or somebody else is present upon delivery to receive and properly handle your perishable products. GourmetFoodStore.com deliveries are left at the door if no one is there to sign for them. We cannot take responsibility for products that spoil at your doorstep, or because they are returned to the carrier’s warehouse. Shipping Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from receiving your orders. For same day shipping, please call 1-877-591-8008 to arrange this after you have placed your order. Orders received by us before 1:00 pm can typically ship the same day.

Pre-Order Items: Due to the short shelf life (less than 30 days) of many cheese, butter, and cream products we do not regularly stock all of our cheese, butter, and cream products. To achieve maximum freshness and product quality, items marked as Pre-Order we only import once you have placed the order. These items will typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive and then ship once you have placed the order. If you are looking for a pre-order item to be shipped immediately, please call 877-591-8008 to check it's availability.
