DapperFrog.com aims to ensue that all of our customers are contented froglets. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply ask us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization # within 3 days of receipt and return the item within 5 days in its orginal packaging and condition. We will refund the purchase amount for the item, less a 20% Restocking Fee and less the original shipping and handling. Should there be a problem contact us at sadfrog@dapperfrog.com

• Products Can Only Be Returned By Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorization # No Later Than Three Days From Receipt Of The Goods.
  
• The Purchaser Has A Further 5 Days To Physically Deliver The Goods Back To The Dapper Frog In Their Original Packaging, Unused, Undamaged With The Original Receipt.
  
• No Returned Item Will Be Accepted Without An RMA #.
  
• All Returned Items Will Be Subject To A 20% Restocking Fee.
  
• Shipping & Handling Is Not Refundable On Any Returned Item.
  
• Refunds Are NOT Available On Sale Items, Final Sales, Discounted Items, Wall Plate Racks Or Special Orders.
