ADSTech PYRO 1394DV Host Card - PCI - NTSC, PAL

PYRO is a 100% digital interface card that links via a provided DV editing cable to a Digital camcorder. Digital signals are sent up and down the cable between PYRO card and the digital camcorder. You can record the video on your computer hard drive in real time while previewing it on your PC screen.

1394/FireWire technology even lets you control the camcorder via the computer software so you can play, fast forward, rewind, pause and record all with VCR type controls. Once you are finished editing your masterpiece you can save your video into numerous digital video formats or transmit back to your video camcorder. The result is 100% digital, 1st generation loss-less video.
