All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc. in new and resalable condition and free of any markings or damage. Rebated items cannot have been submitted for rebates - all forms and Proof of Purchase materials must be returned along with the UPC bar code and/or peel off rebate sticker intact on the box as it was originally shipped to you. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, NothingButSoftware.com will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, NothingButSoftware.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return.
