You have 30 days to request return on any item that purchase from Shopforbattery.com upon item received. No return will be allowed after 14 days. In order to request a return on an item, please send email us at rma@shopforbattery.com or goto contact us page to send request to us. Please provide the following informations with your request:,, * Order number, * Date of purchase, * Reason for return, * Serial number for the item that you want to return,,Once we receive your request, we will then issue a RMA number and return instruction to you by email. You may then send back the item to us. Item will be refused if there is no RMA number issue previously. There will be 15% restock fee on all item return to us and shipping is not refundable. Customers have to pay all shipping fee for the item to ship back to Shopforbattery.com. Exception only if we ship the wrong item to the customers.
