FREE SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
We want you to have the best and most comfortable size possible. If you receive a ring that does not fit properly, you can send the ring back within 30 days from the day that you received it for a free size exchange. Include a copy of your invoice with your current contact information (telephone/email). And make a note as to what finger size you need. There is no restocking fee. You have the choice of two return shipping methods.
How do I return my jewelry for a REFUND?
If you need to return an item for a REFUND please follow these steps.
1. Please package the jewelry securely.
2. The jewelry must be in it's original jewelry box.
3. You must include a copy of your invoice.
4. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this. And if we do not receive the jewelry we cannot issue you a refund.
5. Please insure the package for the full value in the event that the package never arrives at our destination. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

Note: Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered in any way or otherwise damaged will NOT be accepted for refund. For refund items must be returned in original boxes. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of package receipt, and can only be issued to the original payment method.
