Return Policy
Please ensure all exchanged or returned items are in new and unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. We process exchanges and returns within 60 days of purchase. A return authorization number is required for the transaction; please call a sales representative toll free at 1-800-756-3555 to obtain this number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise noted.
We recommend that you try on shoes with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine correct fit. Used items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Due to health concerns, we are unable to accept the following items for exchange/return for any reason: Nutrition products, supplements, food products, or undergarments (excluding sports bras).
