    We offer free standard shipping within the US for all orders. Most orders are shipped by UPS. Certain lightweight items are shipped by US Mail, unless otherwise requested. Please note: While we try to keep most items in stock, it is impossible to have everything in stock all the time. Any item that is not in stock normally ships in 2-5 business days. If there is a back-order situation, we will notify you and give you the option of canceling the order. In some back-order situations we offer a discount and/or express shipping for customers willing to wait. Since there are virtually an infinite number of variations with cables (model, length, termination, connection options, etc.), they are usually forwarded to the manufacturer who custom-makes them per order and shipped in approximately 2 business days. Tracking numbers are updated for each order as that information becomes available. Please note that the USPS tracking system does not update as often as that of UPS. It is normal for the tracking status of a USPS shipment to remain unchanged while the package is in transit. This is because a USPS package is not scanned at each step of it's trip. Heavy audio and video furniture normally ship directly from the manufacturer by freight truck. At this time we are able to ship some items to Canada and the continents of Europe and Australia. Payment for these orders is accepted by PayPal and credit card. Free standard shipping is not available for international orders. Return Policy
The AVHIFI Online Store offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products you buy from us. We will process your return within 7 days from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number, PayPal account, or Amazon account. To return merchandise: Contact us (preferably by email) to request a Return Authorization (RA) number or replacement unit. Be sure to include your name, order number, the name of the piece of equipment, and the reason for your return. Once an RA number is issued, please follow the instructions below to avoid a restocking fee or refusal of your return. Items listed as "Special Order" will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items not returned in new condition and/or missing parts and/or packing materials may be subject to a restocking fee based on the time and/or materials required to return the item to it's original condition. Customers who choose to return merchandise under our policies are responsible for return shipping costs as well as damage that may occur to items in transit back to our warehouse. Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND (YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, IF ANY, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED). Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items. Ship your return or exchange to the address below. It is not necessary to write your RA number excessively on the packaging or product, simply writing it or including it on the shipping label is adequate. The Fine Print: We will submit a refund to your credit card account within ten business days after receiving your returned product. Your credit card account usually reflects the credit approximately within three business days after your refund. "Over-sized" merchandise such as televisions or furniture and special-order items are not covered by the 30-day return policy. If you purchase an over-sized item from AVHIFI and it arrives damaged, the manufacturer is responsible for return shipping and sending a replacement. For hygienic reasons, in-ear and earbud headphones can not be returned. Defective in-ear or earbud headphones can be submitted for replacement or repair.
