JR Ridinger is the founder, President and CEO of Internet retail giant Market America, CEO of price comparison leader Shop.com, and the creator of the UnFranchiseŽ Business Development System.
With more than 3 million customers worldwide, JR Ridinger has led Market America and its 180,000 Shop Consultants and UnFranchise owners to generating over $3.8 billion in accumulated retail sales. Individuals utilizing his business plan have earned over $2.2 billion in commissions and retail profits (as of December 31, 2010), of which more than 300 have become millionaires.
Admired worldwide for his leadership abilities, JR Ridinger has leveraged Market America into a recession-proof business by offering exclusively branded products and services, along with deals from more than 3500 of the Internet's top retailers. In late 2010, he made a bold move into the e-commerce space by acquiring existing online shopping platform, Shop.com and is currently focusing the companies efforts on making shopping more social.

Vince Hunt - Chief Operating Officer
Vince Hunt is a founding member of the SHOP.COM team. As Chief Operating Officer, Hunt's focus is on optimizing the company's daily operations, including traffic acquisition and revenue generation, as well as longer-term strategic planning. Hunt previously oversaw all areas of engineering, including site operations, content management, analytics and product development and is credited with the creation and expansion of SHOP.COM's technical platform. Hunt was promoted from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Operating Officer in February 2010.
Hunt has more than 20 years of experience in executive and technical positions. Before coming to SHOP.COM, he was vice president of Altura Software and held various technical roles for Apple, Touch Communications, Inc., and IBM, amongst others. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Cruz.
John Pincott - Executive Vice President and Managing Director of European Operations
John Pincott has more than 16 years of International business experience within the remote shopping industry. He joined the company in 1999 as vice president of European operations responsible for the launch and development of the business in the UK. He now heads up all International activities.
Previously, Pincott was a partner for 10 years at Sterling Marketing Ltd. (London), one of Europe's leading home shopping management companies, where he worked with US and European catalog companies forging their International expansion (Lands' End, JCPenney, Boden, Charles Tyrwhitt, and others). He was also managing director of a Sterling spin-off business called Brompton Direct, which owned the women's fashion catalog JAKE. Pincott also worked at American Express in the Card Marketing Division, and was a management consultant in Canada. He holds a BComm degree from Queen's University, Canada, and a Master's in Business degree from INSEAD, an International Business School based in France/Singapore.
Roger Ritchie - Vice President, Marketplace and Business Development
Roger Ritchie joined SHOP.COM in 2007 as senior director of CRM responsible for all aspects of the company's CRM and email marketing strategy, including customer experience, external communication and promotions.
Previously, Ritchie directed national marketing at Virgin Entertainment Group, where he managed a corporate and field marketing team, managed the online store at Virginmega.com, the Virgin loyalty program, CRM systems, event marketing and media buying. Prior to Virgin Entertainment, Ritchie was a regional marketing manager for Best Buy, Inc where he worked on the Los Angeles/So Cal market launch, developed and also managed the merchandising and purchasing for media in the California market. At Baker & Taylor, Ritchie managed advertising and vendor marketing for the video and software divisions. Early in his career, Ritchie worked as a music buyer for Blockbuster/Sound Warehouse and also worked as a branch manager for a Chicago based financial institution. Ritchie attended Southern Illinois University.
